Simple KYC is looking for a Customer Solutions Executive who will be principally responsible for supporting the ongoing use of Simple KYC’s solutions by existing clients in order to promote the development of long-term and profitable relationships.
This position is a full time, remote working role with limited interstate and trans tasman travel and occasional visits to our Sydney CBD offices as required.
· Minimum 3 years of industry specific experience and understanding of the AML / CTF regulatory regimes in both Australia and New Zealand; the broader KYC / KYB solutions landscape and prevailing industry best practice.
· Ability to understand complex customer problems, communicate customer requirements and to contribute to the development of creative and innovative customer-centric solutions.
· Strong relationship management skills and experience in building and maintaining broad professional networks.
1. Solutions Specialist
· Develop client propositions and communicate solutions specific value propositions.
· Provide relevant product strategy and solution input into strategically targeted key account planning and management.
· Contribute to the development of product intellectual collateral and solution IP as required.
2. Relationship Management Customer Satisfaction
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers of Simple KYC’s suite of solutions.
· Drive positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
· Meet and exceed customer expectations.
