Role Summary

Simple KYC is looking for a Customer Sales Executive who will be principally responsible for increasing the penetration of Simple KYC’s suite of verification solutions across its Enterprise customer segment and to grow revenues through the incubation of initiatives that promote the development of new services and solutions.   

This position is a full time, remote working role with limited interstate and trans tasman travel and occasional visits to our Sydney CBD offices as required.

Required Skills and Experience

· Solutions sales and relationship management experience in B2B environments and a demonstrable track record of new business development and customer growth.
· Strong relationship management skills and experience in building and maintaining broad professional networks.


1. Acquisition and Retention

Secure new business opportunities with key decision makers and by supporting the execution of complex transactions.
· Contribute to the meeting and exceeding of sales revenue targets and market penetration objectives.
· Incubate product development initiatives and feedback into Product Development Roadmap.
· Develop, maintain and actively communicate segment specific opportunity / sales pipeline.

2. Relationship Management & Customer Satisfaction

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
· Drive positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
· Meet and exceed customer expectations.
