Role Summary

SimpleKYC is recruiting for an Account Manager in our Customer Success team. The role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to account management.

  • Software SaaS or Regtech experience
  • Financial Services/AML knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key clients
  • Understanding and addressing clients’ business needs
  • Facilitating successful onboarding of products/services
  • Serving as the main point of contact for account-related inquiries and escalations
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities including monthly governance forums
  • Address and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive NPS
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management
  • Contribute to the revenue growth (incentive-based)
